Lauren Willoughby, Farm and Wellness Coordinator

Lauren Willoughby is from Greensboro, NC and graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems. She has experience working on several small farm operations and now works as the Farm and Wellness Coordinator here at Alliance Medical Ministry. Lauren values service and is passionate about food and health justice. She hopes to work with the AMM community to improve food access and health outcomes while respecting the earth and all that it provides.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking, embroidering, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
