For 21 years, AMM has provided empathetic and compassionate care for our most vulnerable neighbors. Our hope is that you will connect with us on a deeper level and understand the driving force behind our Mission and join us as we provide health and hope to those most in need. Many patients are receiving healthcare for the first time in their life. We think it is the moral and right thing to do given all of the promise and hope that we each have in our lives.

Margaret, Nurse Care Manager, and Fabricio, Patient Services & NCMA Program Coordinator, joined countless other Vaccines for Children providers at the annual conference this month! This conference was not only continuing education but a chance for AMM to network with other vaccine providers. Margaret is our primary vaccine coordinator, giving out vaccines such as COVID-19, Tdap, and many others. Fabricio is also a vaccine coordinator and works closely with Margaret to ensure all AMM patients are vaccinated.

We Zoomed and health Bloomed at the Zoom and Bloom Race this month!
We welcomed patients, volunteers, and staff to complete a 5k or 8k with us! Thanks to everyone who came out to support AMM!

We welcome both groups and individuals in our garden! To provide ample opportunity for everyone to get involved, AMM's Garden will be open on the last Saturday of each month until October! We look forward to seeing our garden grow this summer!
