Josh McConaghay, MSN, FNP-C

Josh McConaghay is a Pennsylvania native who received a BS degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2003.  He received a Master’s degree in Spanish Language Education in 2011, and a BSN in 2012, both from Florida State University.  He completed his nurse practitioner training at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2017.

Josh has a passion for serving the healthcare needs of Spanish-speaking patients.  Prior to joining Alliance’s medical team, Josh worked in the Emergency Department, where he found that many of the reasons patients were there were preventable and could be avoided with good primary care and education.

Josh enjoys spending time with his family, hiking outdoors, exercising, playing the guitar and mandolin, and cheering for Philadelphia sports teams.
